The Shamrock Shake☘️

Cool, creamy, and brilliantly green, this Shamrock Shake combines Whiteface Mint Chip with a refreshing burst of mint for a St. Patrick's Day treat that's as festive as it is delicious. Topped with whipped cream and a dusting of green, it's the luck of the scoop in every sip. ☘️

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Adirondack Whiteface Mint Chip ice cream
  • Big splash of heavy cream
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, torn
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Homemade whipped cream (to top)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Coat the glass: Drizzle or swirl the melted chocolate inside your glass to coat the sides. Pop it in the freezer to set while you make the shake
  3. Blend: Add the ice cream, heavy cream, and torn mint leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour and top: Pour the shake into your chocolate-coated glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and enjoy!
