Kashmiri Kahwa

This flavor is inspired by our family's recipe for Kashmiri Kahwa, a soul-stirring drink from the Himalayan Valley which resonates with the power of South Asian spices: cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, and a touch of saffron.

Our ice cream was inspired by this drink which is traditionally given to guests upon their arrival in the Kashmir Valley. If someone hands you a glass, it's meant to be the warmest of welcomes. A hug from the inside out. A gesture to make you feel at home. There's heart and emotion poured into every fragrant sip. When we taste these flavors paired with our sweet cream base, we're instantly transported back to Kashmir—a magical place overflowing with warmth and natural beauty. We hope that when you taste this flavor, your (ice cream) cup runneth over in every possible way.
