Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pint Adirondack Creamery Cookies & Cream Ice Cream, slightly softened
Instructions
- Make the crust: Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press: Firmly press the mixture into a pie plate or springform pan to form an even crust.
- Fill: Spread the softened Cookies & Cream Ice Cream evenly over the crust.
