Ice Cream Tacos

Cinnamon sugar tortilla shells loaded with our Vanilla, Earl’s Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Kashmiri Kahwa Ice Creams, topped with strawberry salsa and a drizzle of hot fudge. The ultimate dessert taco celebration!
Ingredients
- Small flour tortillas (street taco size)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Ice Creams: Vanilla, Earl’s Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Kashmiri Kahwa
- ½ cup diced strawberries
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Hot fudge sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the shells: Brush tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Drape each tortilla over two bars of an upside-down muffin tin to create a taco shape. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until crisp. Let cool.
- Make the strawberry salsa: Toss diced strawberries with lime juice and set aside.
- Assemble the tacos: Fill each shell with scoops of your favorite Adirondack Creamery flavors — Vanilla, Earl’s Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Kashmiri Kahwa.
- Finish: Top with strawberry salsa and a drizzle of hot fudge. Serve immediately!
