Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Adirondack Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½–1 pod JAVA HOUSE Espresso Mixer
  • (Optional) 1½ oz vodka
  • (Optional) 1½ oz coffee liqueur
  • Ice, for shaking
  • Chocolate-covered coffee beans, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Shake: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in ½–1 pod of JAVA HOUSE Espresso Mixer. Add vodka and coffee liqueur if desired. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  2. Prepare the glass: In a chilled martini glass, add two scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream.
  3. Strain: Pour the espresso mixture over the ice cream.
  4. Garnish: Top with chocolate-covered coffee beans and enjoy immediately.
