All you need is extra virgin olive oil and maple syrup to whip up a smooth, golden drizzle that pairs perfectly with our Black Mountain Brownie Ice Cream. Sweet, rich, and unbelievably easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat: In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the maple syrup until it begins to bubble.
  2. Whisk: Remove from heat and quickly whisk in the olive oil until the mixture thickens slightly and turns glossy.
