Simple.

Our ice cream is based on our own old-fashioned recipe of cream, milk, sugar, and eggs. Stabilizers, emulsifiers, artificial ingredients, colors, or other additives are not used.  We use simple, natural ingredients that are recognizable and can be found in home kitchens everywhere.

Farm Fresh.

The fresh milk and cream we use is free of rBst (artificial growth hormones) and is sourced from nearby small family farms. Our close proximity to both our customers and milk producing farms allows us to not only reduce our environmental impact but also to produce the freshest tasting ice cream possible.

 

Local.

At Adirondack Creamery, we believe that local products taste better, are better for us and are better for the environment. We strive to source as many of our ingredients as possible from providers local to us.

We continue to craft new and exciting flavors.  Over the years we have added to the Adirondack Creamery line up seasonal favorites: Pumpkin Pie, Peppermint Stick and Egg Nog; limited edition offerings such as Caramel Apple which was made only with ingredients form Ulster County, NY; as well as unique new to market flavors:  Kulfi Pistachio Cardamom and Syrian Date and Walnut; and of course, old-fashioned favorites such at Earl’s Chocolate Peanut Butter.
