Ulster County now has official ice cream flavor: Caramel apple

Assistant Deputy County Executive Suzanne Holt presented a proclamation to Adirondack Creamery owner and founder Paul Nasrani, declaring the flavor designation. The proclamation was signed by Ulster County Executive Michael Hein, who could not attend the event at Adams Fairacre Farms.
