Caramel Apple 

Our Caramel Apple ice cream brings home many of the things we love about New York State.  New York, home to the Big Apple, is the nation’s second highest producer of apples– our state fruit.  The bountiful orchards of the Hudson Valley were our inspiration for this limited-edition flavor.  The taste reminds us of enjoying freshly-picked apples covered in salty, sticky-sweet caramel on a crisp day surrounded by the spectacular fall foliage found across New York each autumn.

We are proud to create this ice cream with sweet Empire Apples from Wright’s Farm, a fifth generation family orchard located in Gardiner, NY.  The artisanal sea salt caramel is hand made by Cooper Street Kitchen in Stone Ridge NY using cream from the same family farms of Hudson Valley Fresh that produce the milk and cream for our ice cream.

This limited edition flavor will be available exclusively in the New York Metropolitan region at the new Whole Foods Market – Brooklyn location (Gowanus -3rd and 3rd) opening onDecember 17, 2013 and at  Adams Fairacre Farms in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Cream, Milk, Cane Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Egg Yolks, Apples, Caramel Sauce (sugar, cream, butter, agave nectar, sea salt) and Pure Vanilla Extract.
