Barkeater

“Adirondack” meaning “bark eaters” was the word used by the Mohawk Indians to describe the Algonquins that lived in the mountains of upstate NY and ate tree bark during long winter seasons. Our Barkeater is a special vanilla ice cream that contains our “bark” made out of exquisite homemade English Almond Toffee that looks like tree bark, but thankfully does not taste like it.

Ingredients: Cream, Milk, Cane Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Egg Yolk, English Almond Toffee (butter, sugar, almonds, cocoa powder, baking soda), Pure Vanilla Extract
